Mix in powder characterized by a high solubility even by cold processing, ensures intense colour to gelato and due to its special vanilla flavour it enhances the cocoa taste of gelato.
Contains 10-12% of cocoa butter.
Best results of flavour and colour by hot processing: it is the most soluble cocoa powder by processing among Prodotti Stella cocoa range.
When cold processed, we recommend to blend together the following ingredients:
- SUCROSE AND DEXTROSE 60-70 g
- LOW-FAT COCOA 70-100 g
- WHOLE MILK AND/OR WATER 100 ml
- Add to 1 liter of milk base mix, prepared as usual.
