Classic apple gelato layered with ribbons of salted caramel variegato.
- 2,500 Grams Whole Milk
- 1 Bag Green Apple Super Sprint
- Fleur De Sel Variegato as needed
Chocolate & Candied Orange Gelato
A classic Sicilian combination, this recipe features a pure no sugar added chocolate paste layered with candied orange peel throughout.
- Prepare cold process base as indicated
- Add 80 Grams Cocoa Paste per KG of liquid base
- Layer with Arancia Farcita variegate as needed
